In April 2014, drummer Steve Snider entered the studio with composer Troy Rogers and his musical robots. Improvisations numbers 25 and 26 were each recorded in a single take—live, real-time, human-robot improvisations showcasing each instrumentalist's capabilities and idiosyncrasies, pushing each other into unfamiliar parametric spaces in which to explore, revel, and rock out. Also featured are two classic selections of early 21st century semi-nomadic robot herder's music.
